16" hickory handle, 2.5" iron blade

Authentic and fully functional reproduction mousehawk (smaller version of a tomahawk). Great for chopping and splitting small logs, and perfectly weighted for throwing at a wooden target!

When using and/or throwing any bladed tool, be sure to exercise all reasonable caution!

• Do not use without adult supervision.
• Wear close-toed shoes while using bladed tools.
• Ensure that the tool is properly sharpened. A dull blade is actually more dangerous and may lead to more slip-and-cuts.
• Make sure no one else is in your blood circle. Hold tool straight out by the blade end (careful not to cut yourself) and turn slowly in a circle. If you make contact with anyone, they are too close.
• Make sure anyone nearby is aware that you are using a bladed tool so that they may exercise caution, as well.
• Consider what will happen if you lose your grip, slip, or miss your target. (Do not let anyone stand directly behind you while throwing, do not cut towards yourself, do not throw in the general direction of anything you would not want to hit with a heavy bladed object, etc.)
• If you suspect that your tool is defective (eg the head is too loose and may slide off the handle), do not use the tool, but contact Camp Flintlock to discuss a repair/replacement.
